The question I get the most at the brewery is “Why the name I & I Brewing?”.

The truth of the matter is I listen to a lot of Reggae music and have for years. It’s what you will usually find playing at the brewery.

“I & I” is a phrase often used in Reggae and if you search the intertubes you will find lots of definitions as to what it means and why they use it.

To us, I & I means specifically Chuck & Eric. More generally it also means “us” – as in everyone – such as you, our guests. Which is what I & I Brewing is about.

I & I Brewing was created as an outlet to share our beers with others. To have a location that allows lovers of beer to taste and discuss a variety of beers, with no boundaries for style selection and hopefully at least one beer that will appeal to each individual.
